Privacy

This page covers neufagents.com and our services. The short version: we collect what we need to answer you, we keep it to ourselves, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• When you submit a check or write to us: the details you send — domain, email address, and anything else you include — plus basic technical data (IP address, time, country) that arrives with any email or form submission.
• When you use a tool on this site: standard server records needed to run it and prevent abuse.
• We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

How we use it

• To run the check or audit you asked for and send you the result.
• To reply to you, and — if you become a customer — to deliver the work.
• Nothing else. No newsletters, no lists, no sharing with third parties beyond the providers that are part of running the site: our email delivery (currently Resend) and the form relay that forwards check requests to our mailbox (currently FormSubmit).

How long we keep it

Messages and check submissions live in our project mailbox. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep records for accounting or tax purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The font files are served by Google Fonts, which may see your IP address as part of serving them.
